A note on knives

Titanium is harder than wood or plastic. Use this board for prep where speed and hygiene matter most — vegetables, fruit, herbs, cooked meats — and keep a wooden board nearby for tasks where you want to baby a high-end knife edge.

Care

• Hand-wash with hot water, soap and a soft sponge. Dishwasher-safe but hand-washing preserves the polished finish.
• No need to scrub between ingredients — titanium doesn't absorb flavours or odours. Rinse when moving from raw protein to ready-to-eat.
• Dry after washing to keep the surface bright. Light surface scratches over time are normal and don't affect performance or hygiene.
• No oiling, no seasoning, no special cleaners required — ever.
