Refund & Returns Policy

At Titan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium cookware. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials included.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival: items that have been used or washed, products with broken manufacturer seals, gift cards, and clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at support@escapeplan.ae with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond with instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@escapeplan.ae with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
