These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Titan online store and your purchase of products from us (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Titan from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their colours, finishes, and specifications accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device displays them precisely. All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to change prices, products, or promotions at any time without notice.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or description, or where we suspect fraud. A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and arrange a full refund of any amount charged.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery of products is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Product Use and Care

Our cookware is intended for domestic culinary use in accordance with the care instructions provided with each product. Misuse, improper care, or use contrary to those instructions may damage the product and void any applicable warranty.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including the Titan name, logos, product designs, images, and text, is owned by or licensed to Titan and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
