This Shipping Policy explains how and when Titan delivers your order. We ship from the United Arab Emirates and currently deliver across the UAE and the wider GCC region.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- Dubai: 1 to 3 business days
- Rest of the UAE: 2 to 4 business days
- GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar): 4 to 8 business days, subject to customs clearance
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We are pleased to offer free standard delivery within the UAE on orders over AED 499. Any applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders delivered within the UAE include applicable VAT. For deliveries to other GCC countries, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If a delivery fails because no one is available to receive it, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@escapeplan.ae so we can resolve the issue promptly. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for more detail on damaged items.
