Where we ship
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates. GCC and wider international shipping will follow once our network is in place — join the waitlist to be told first.

Orders placed before 2pm Gulf Standard Time on a business day are processed the same day. Weekend and holiday orders process the next business day.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on all UAE orders over AED 500. Below that, a flat AED 25 covers local courier. The full breakdown will appear at checkout based on your destination.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS when your order leaves our warehouse. If you ordered as a guest and didn't receive a tracking email, check spam first, then contact us with your order number.
Packaging
Each piece ships in its TITÁN-branded box, wrapped to protect the titanium surface and the tempered glass lid. We use minimal-waste packaging materials where we can.
If something arrives damaged
Open your order on arrival and check each piece. If anything is damaged in transit, photograph the packaging and the piece, and contact us within 48 hours — we'll arrange a replacement or refund without question.
