Where we ship
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates. GCC and wider international shipping will follow once our network is in place — join the waitlist to be told first.

Orders placed before 2pm Gulf Standard Time on a business day are processed the same day. Weekend and holiday orders process the next business day.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on all UAE orders over AED 499. Below that, a flat AED 25 covers local courier. The full breakdown will appear at checkout based on your destination.
Following your order
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another when it's on its way. Wondering where your order is? Contact us with your order number — or use the chat bubble — and a real person will check for you straight away.
How it arrives
Each piece ships in its protective box, sealed with the TITÁN mark, with the titanium surface and tempered glass lid securely wrapped for the journey.
If something arrives damaged
Open your order on arrival and check each piece. If anything is damaged in transit, photograph the packaging and the piece, and contact us within 48 hours — we'll arrange a replacement or refund without question.
